Which of the following is a good omen?

• A friend accidentally picked up our drivers licenses at dinner last night, requiring Kevin to hustle down Mem Drive at 11 PM; or,
• The Seattle Mariners' "ace" lost the game 8-0 last night; or,
• We were awoken by thunderstorms at 5 AM this morning?

In any event, we're off to Connecticut this morning.  We won't consider this the official 'start' to the Southern Swing, if only because the route is so familiar.  We'll spend Saturday and Sunday with Abigail's family, before turning toward Washington, DC on Monday morning.
